Are you a proactive go-getter with a passion for building strong teams and fostering lasting business relationships in the technology market? We’re looking for dynamic professionals to join our team as Business Developers.

Responsibilities:

·        Prospecting Clients in the US Market: Identifying and reaching out potential clients in the United States.

·        Building Solid Business Relationships: Developing and nurturing strong business relationships and exploring new opportunities.

·        Evaluating clients’ skills, experience, and culture fit for positions in Latin America.

·        Preparing Proposals; Collaborating with management to create economic proposals for potential clients.

·        Account Management: Handling account closures, drafting contracts, and ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.

·        Market Research.

·        Generating Client Pipeline: Maintaining and expanding an active pipeline of prospects and clients.

·        Supporting internal Recruitment team

·        Sourcing and Screening Candidates: Using various tools to identify potential candidates who match our needs.

Requirements:

·        Experience in Tech Industry

·        Business Development: Experience or interest in developing business relationships and prospecting clients in the US market.

·        Candidate Screening Skills: Desirable knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening.

·        Excellent Communication. Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Benefits:

·        Base salary: $13,000

·        Plus commissions
